Shipping, Pick-up, and Return Information

All sales are final- we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our merchandise are carefully reviewed, but please keep in mind that the items are pre-loved. 

Remember: all items for sale on our website are also for sale in the store. We can not guarantee items will be available for purchase at any time, either in the store or online. We try our best to keep the website updated, but there is a chance an item may sell in the store before we receive your order. If that happens we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.  

Pick up

Furniture and home décor are pick up ONLY (shipping is not available for furniture and home décor/household items.)

Please allow 24 hours for your items to be processed and available for pick up. 

Pick up times:

Mon thru Sat: 11am-4pm 

Sunday: Closed 

Pick Up Instructions:

Bring your government issued ID 

Must Show Proof of Purchase  

If you are picking up heavy furniture that requires more than one person to load, please bring someone to help. For your health and safety, out staff will not be assisting with heavier items that require more then two people. 

All items must be picked up within 72 hours of purchase unless other agreements have been made with the store.
